Riches Building & Design is a boutique building and design company, located in Sydney. We are a husband and wife duo with a passion for creating beautiful spaces. We pride ourselves on quality and affordability.

We tackle some of the more complex projects that many of our competitors won’t and some of our projects include street awning remediation, high end shop and showroom fitouts, doctors office fitouts, city office construction and fitouts and most other residential and commercial construction projects.

The Riches Building and Design team have a combined experience and expertise and will coordinate and oversee the entire process of your project. We are fully licenced builders and all our work is undertaken in full accordance with the New South Wales Building Regulations.
